Section I: Building and Contents

Values to be provided for

  • Building
  • Contents (List to be furnished)
  • Rental amount and the months involved

Risks covered are:

  • Fire, Lightning and Explosion
  • Escape of Water, Storm, Tempest, and flood
  • Aircraft Damage and Impact Damage
  • Earthquake or Volcanic Eruption, Theft and Loss of rent or Alternative accommodation

Extra Covers without any additional cost:

Section II:- Liability to the Public

As a tenant and/or owner your liability towards Third Party– limit BD50,000/- any one occurrence and in the aggregate.

Section III:- Liability to Domestic Servant

Liability to Servant – Limited to two named servants only, limit of liability upto BD1,000/- any one
occurrence and in the aggregate.

Section IV:- Personal accident

resulting in Death and /or Permanent Total Disablement due to an accident to the insured and /or spouse upto BD 1,000/- per person.
